Wednesday Morning, South Jakarta District Court Holds Trial Of Mario Dandy's Obscenity Case

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court held a trial with the agenda of witness statements related to the alleged molestation committed by the convict in the case of mistreatment of David Ozora, Mario Dandy Satrio (20) against AG's son (15), on Wednesday, March 12 morning.

"Maryo Dandy's trial will be held at 11.00 WIB," said South Jakarta District Court Public Relations Officer Djuyamto to reporters in Jakarta, Wednesday, March 12.

It is known that the trial this Wednesday presented witness a de charge, namely the witness presented by the defendant to ease the indictment addressed to him.

Witness a de charge is also referred to as a mitigating witness.

Based on the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) page of the South Jakarta District Court, Mario's trial is scheduled for Wednesday at 10.00 WIB in the Mudjono (2) courtroom.

This case file is contained in 680/Pid.Sus/2024/PN JKT.SEL with a public prosecutor named Nuli Nali Murti.

In that case, the Public Prosecutor charged him with three articles, namely Article 81 Paragraph 1 Jo Article 76D of Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning Child Protection on the Second Amendment to Law Noy 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection in conjunction with Article 64 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

Then, Article 81 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 76D of Law No. 17 of 2016 on amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 in conjunction with Article 64 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code and Article 82 in conjunction with Article 76E of Law Number 17 of 2016 on amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 in conjunction with Article 64 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

The Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) of the Metro Jaya Police has named Mario Dandy Satrio (20) as a suspect in the molestation case against AG (15) on Monday, July 3, 2023.
