JAKARTA - Culinary influencer Tasyi Athasyia reported two TikTok accounts suspected of defamation by accusing her of conducting a black campaign against micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The report is registered with the number LP/B/1628/III/2025/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA on March 7, 2025.

"We have received a police report regarding alleged criminal defamation through electronic media and/or defamation and/or slander," said Ade Ary, Tuesday, March 11.

Ade Ary explained that this case began when Tasyi Athasyia saw uploads on two TikTok accounts named @Sxxxx and @Bxxxx which stated that Tasyi was conducting a black campaign against MSMEs on March 6, 2025.

In the upload, it was stated that MSMEs went bankrupt because Tasyi stated that their products had shortcomings without considering other factors.

"That caused MSMEs to go bankrupt just because the victims stated that the products had shortcomings, without any other factors," said Ade Ary.

In fact, according to Tasyi, the review she made was an honest review without receiving payment from any party to bring down the business.

For this incident, Tasyi Athasyia reported the two TikTok accounts with alleged violations:

Article 45 Paragraph (4) Juncto Article 27a of the ITE Law. Article 310 of the Criminal Code. Article 311 of the Criminal Code. The evidence submitted includes one screenshot bundle and video link containing negative comments.

Tasyi Athasyia, a culinary influencer who is known for her review of various food products, uploaded a video on her YouTube channel showing herself reviewing the ambon bike from Ci Mehong, a food seller that went viral on TikTok.

In the video, Tasyi appears to open the packaging of the ambon bika she bought. Initially, she peeked at the inside of the cake and saw two black spots which she thought were just ordinary shades. However, after opening the ambonbika wider, Tasyi was surprised to find some small black objects with legs attached to the dough.

"Nih is still sticking it in the dough, guys. There are animals," said Tasyi while showing her findings to the camera, quoted from Tasyi Athasyia's YouTube channel on Monday, February 10.

In addition, Tasyi also commented on the texture of the ambon bika that feels harder than usual. He expressed his confusion about why the products sent by Ci Mehong have a very hard texture.

"I don't know why Ci Mehong sent it so hard. I can't give a rating because I haven't tried it yet," he added.

The review then went viral and was allegedly the cause of accusations of a black campaign against MSMEs aimed at Tasyi.
