"We can convey that our efficiency can continue to carry out the free homecoming program. The connection with the implementation can really be used by travelers and can be optimized," said Dudy in a meeting.
Dudy said the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) provided free homecoming quotas for 86,312 passengers and 7,724 motorcycles.
"In Eid 2025 transportation through the Director General of Land, Railways and Sea Transportation, the Ministry of Transportation has three free homecoming programs with a capacity of 86,312 passengers and 7,724 motorcycles," he said.
In addition, Dudy said, the Directorate General of Land Transportation prepared free homecoming for 31 destination cities. Then, the Directorate General of Railways with a total of 16,960 passengers and 7,424 motorcycles.
"And the Directorate General of Sea Transportation as many as 153 shipping routes for sea transportation with a capacity of 47,816 passengers," he concluded.
