JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung admitted that he would visit a number of law enforcement agencies, ranging from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to the National Police to help oversee the use of the DKI Jakarta regional revenue and expenditure budget (APBD).
This was conveyed by Pramono after visiting the Attorney General's Office (AGO) to convey the request to Attorney General ST Burhanuddin.
"All law enforcement officers, including the police, the KPK, the Attorney General's Office, will come to the TNI in due course, I will come," said Pramono at DKI City Hall, Central Jakarta, Friday, March 7.
Pramono emphasized that he as a regional head in Jakarta did not want to shut himself down on monitoring the use of regional budgets and wanted to cooperate with law enforcement officials to provide assistance.
On the one hand, Pramono also asked his subordinates, especially officials within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government not to hesitate and be afraid to make decisions on local government policies.
"Because if Jakarta wants a significant change, they must also dare to make a decision on that. And I am responsible for that," said Pramono.
Pramono Anung and Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rano Karno visited the AGO's office on Friday, March 7 morning. During the meeting, Pramono asked the AGO to oversee the DKI Jakarta Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).

Pramono explained that the Jakarta APBD this year is quite large, which is IDR 91 trillion. In addition, Jakarta also contributed Indonesia's largest gross domestic product (GDP) compared to other regions, reaching 11 percent.
"Of course we need assistance. So that in a decision that in the future there will be no room, holes, for anyone who wants to take advantage of it," said Pramono at the AGO office, South Jakarta.
Pramono said that the DKI Provincial Government also reported the results of an internal audit of the use of the DKI Provincial Government's budget as the initial material for requesting supervision assistance by the AGO.
This assistance, continued Pramono, is needed considering that Jakarta is currently the center of the global economy and is the epicenter of the Indonesian economy.
"We are grateful that the Attorney General welcomed him very well and he is willing to provide assistance. But this assistance is not as good as it used to be, it is still free to be given to the Jakarta government," said Pramono.
