The Attorney General's Office Denies The Issue Of Pertamina's Oil Corruption Case Leaks

The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has denied any documents related to the alleged corruption case of crude oil governance and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) in 2018 2023, leaked on social media.

The statement was made by the Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the Attorney General's Office, Harli Siregar, to respond to a video on social media stating that the investigator's confiscated documents were leaked.

"It's not true. We released the results. So, which means the leak?" said Harli as quoted by ANTARA, Tuesday, March 4.

Investigators of the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) are currently investigating the alleged corruption case of crude oil governance and refinery products at PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) in 2018 2023.

In the process, investigators searched several places, including two houses belonging to businessman Muhammad Riza Chalid, the PT Orbit Terminal Merak (OTM) building in Cilegon, and thefuelterminal or fuel oil terminal (TBBM) PT Pertamina Patra Niaga in Cilegon.

For information, Riza Chalid is the father of one of the suspects in this case, namely Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) as the beneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa.

From the search, investigators confiscated a number of documents and electronic evidence such as cell phones and CCTV.

The evidence that has been confiscated will then be analyzed to find out its connection in this case.

The AGO in this case has named nine suspects in the alleged corruption case in crude oil and refinery products management at PT Pertamina Subholding and Cooperation Contract Contract Contractors (KKKS) in 2018-2023, namely Riva Siahaan (RS) as President Director of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sani Dinar Saifuddin (SDS) as Director of Feedstock and Product Optimization of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional.

Then Yoki Firnandi (YF) as President Director of PT Pertamina International Shipping, Agus Purwono (AP) as VP Feedstock Management of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, Maya Kusmaya (MK) as Director of Central and Commercial Marketing of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, and Edward Corne (EC) as VP Trading Operations of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga.

Other suspects, namely Muhammad Kerry Andrianto Riza (MKAR) as thebeneficial owner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa, Dimas Werhaspati (DW) as the Commissioner of PT Navigator Khatulistiwa as well as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritim, and Gading Ramadhan Joedo (GRJ) as Commissioner of PT Jenggala Maritime and President Director of PT Orbit Terminal Merak.
