JAKARTA - Ukraine said Russian missile attacks on military training sites on weekends caused deaths and injuries. Ukraine confirmed a criminal investigation was being carried out on the possibility of negligence.

"We witnessed decisions that were not timely and learning were not taken," Ukrainian ground forces commander Mykhailo Drapatyi said via Telegram.

Ukrainian authorities say those responsible will be found.

"No one will hide behind an explanation or official report," he continued.

Syrskyi said a head of the training center and a military unit commander were dismissed from duty, and an inspection was ordered to impose a ban on gatherings outside.

During Russia's three-year full-scale invasion, Moscow forces imposed casualties several times in attacks on Ukrainian military educational institutions and various outdoor formal gatherings.
