KEDIRI - East Java Police, reconstructed a murder case accompanied by mutilation with the suspect with the initials RTH alias A (32), a resident of Tulungagung in a number of locations in Kediri City.

"Today we at the location of this hotel have a scene. We will check again the testimony of witnesses," said Head of Sub-Directorate III Jatanras Ditreskrimum Polda Jatim, AKBP Arbaridi Jumhur, as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, FEBRUARY 27.

In the scene, it was done in several locations including one of the hotels used by the victims of UK (29), a resident of Bence Village, Blitar Regency, staying at room 301.

The number of scene engineering shown by the suspect at the hotel reached 80 out of a total of 120 scenes at several crime scenes.

The reconstruction was not only carried out in hotels, but also in two other places, namely in restaurants and shopping centers on Jalan Raung, Mojoroto District, Kediri City.

This activity was also carried out together with the prosecutor's office, because the prosecutor's office wanted to ensure in the future how the case was processed.

From the results of the suspect's statement, the scene was going smoothly and there were no new findings or novums.

"We are together with the prosecutor's office who want to ensure in the future how the process will be. So far, there has been no rebuttal. There seems to be no doubt about us to process the suspect's statement," he said.

Regarding the witness' arrival, he said the witness, who was the victim's colleague, came and was told to leave the room.

"There was no activity inside, just waiting in front. The suspect himself was carrying his belongings," he said.

Apart from Kediri, the reconstruction was also held by Trenggalek, Ponorogo, to Tulungagung.

The case began with the discovery of a woman's body in a headless suitcase on Thursday, January 23, 2025, in Dadapan Village, Kendal District, Ngawi Regency.

The woman's body was not intact when found. His body was placed in a red closed suitcase wrapped like a package.

When found, the body was incomplete. The victim's body was placed in a headless suitcase, then the left leg began with no groin, and the right leg began to no knee.

The police also conducted an autopsy on the victim's body. The autopsy results stated that the cause of death of the victim was suspected to be due to lack of breath due to obstructed airways, possibly due to strangulation.

The police also managed to arrest the perpetrators of the mutilation on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 24.00 WIB.

The perpetrator with the initials RTH alias A (32), a resident of Tulungagung. To the police, RTH admitted that he was hurt by the victim so he was desperate to kill and mutilate the UK.

Prior to the murder, the victim was invited to meet the perpetrator at Neverise Tulungagung Terminal, on Sunday, January 19, 2025.

The suspect then took the victim to a hotel in Kediri City. At the inn location, the victim was strangled until he fell and died. The murder took place on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 00.30 WIB.

The perpetrator then dissected the UK body and then dismembered it and dumped its body parts separately. Body parts were put in a suitcase and dumped in Ngawi, the legs were dumped in Ponorogo, while the head was dumped in Trenggalek.
