This Is The Chronology Of The Owner Of A Shophouse In Rawamangun That Wascored By A Construction Worker

JS (69), the owner of a building on Jalan Pemuda, Rawamangun, Pulogadung District, East Jakarta, who was found dead in cement, was found by the victim's family and the police starting from CCTV footage.

The victim was previously reported missing for about a week. The victim's family also reported the missing victim to the East Jakarta Metro Police. Then an investigation was carried out by the police.

"(The victim) did not go home a few days, one Sunday later on Sunday we made a report to the East Jakarta Metro Police," said Febi, the victim's relative at the location to VOI, Wednesday, February 22, evening.

Furthermore, continued Febi, the East Jakarta Metro Police carried out identification by tracing the CCTV footage at the scene.

"If CCTV shows (victims) entering (on a building project) on February 16, 2025 and not leaving again," he said.

Before being reported missing, the victim JS had told his family that he was going to his renovation building.

"Because he was renovating, he said goodbye to his wife. Permission to go to a place where he usually sees his carpentry. This is just a renovation building, before the building was old, so he wanted to renovate it with the owner," he said.

After being traced, the victim JS was suspected of being the victim of a murder at his shophouse renovation building on Jalan Pemuda, Rawamangun.

"(The perpetrator of the murder) So far the workers (building workers) because a week earlier he had an argument with his workers," he added.

According to information compiled by VOI from sources, the perpetrator was arrested by the East Jakarta Metro Police on Wednesday, February 22, evening.

As of Wednesday night at around 19.31 WIB, the East Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim and the Pulogadung Police are still investigating the crime scene (TKP).

East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly also visited the scene to lead the crime scene (TKP) processing process.
