JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government held a job fair per region from February to August 2025. The first Job fair opened by Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Rani Karno this year began in Tamini Square, East Jakarta.

"Job fair on 26-27 (February) includes Makasar, Cipayung, Ciracas, and Pasar Rebo sub-districts. We invite this entirely from 4 sub-districts," said Head of the DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency Hari Nugroho at Tamini Square, East Jakarta, Wednesday, February 26.

Then, on the 5th and 6th of March, a job fair was held at Pluit Village for Penjaringan District. Job fair on March 12 and 13 at Thamrin City for Tanah Abang, Menteng, and Senen sub-districts.

For March 18 and 19, job fair was at Season City Mall for Tambora, Taman Sari, Grogol, Petamburan, Palmerah sub-districts. Then on April 15 and 16, a job fair was held at Trisakti University.

"We approach not only the people of vocational schools but universities as well. So our approach on campus is so that campus friends who have just graduated can immediately approach us to be able to immediately find work," explained Hari.

Furthermore, on May 7 and 8, job fair was at ITC Cempaka Mas for Kemayoran, Cempaka Putih, and Johar Baru sub-districts. Then, on May 15 and 16, in the Thousand Islands. On May 27 and 28, job fair was held in Jatinegara, Duren Sawit, and Kramatjati.

Next, on June 3 and 4, the job fair at Taman Palem Mall includes Kalideres, Cengkareng, Grogol Petamburan, Kembangan, Kebon Jeruk Districts. June 18-19 at Sunter Food Centrum for Tanjung Priok, and Pademangan sub-districts.

On July 16-17, job fair was held at Aeon Mall covering Jagakarsa sub-district, Pasar Minggu, Pancoran. On July 21-25, a job fair was held at the special SMK (BKK) exchange in South Jakarta. On August 6-7, a job fair was held at PTC Pulogadung covering Pulogadung, Cakung, and Matraman sub-districts.

"In Kemayoran, the peak, we will peak at JIExpo on August 18-12. We will invite hundreds of companies," he explained.
