TANJUNGPINANG - Commander of the Military Regional Command (Pangdam) 1/Bukit Barisan Major General TNI Rio Firdianto ordered the ranks to investigate cases of commotion at nightclubs in the Tanjungpinang area, Riau Islands. One Indonesian Navy personnel was killed in this incident.

Based on information spread to a number of media, the commotion occurred in the early hours of Sunday at around 01.00 WIB.

The victim with the initials Serda Jas DL, a member of Sintel Koarmada I, died on the way to Tanjungpinang Hospital. He was allegedly stabbed by a sharp object.

In addition to the victim who died, two colleagues from Serda Jas DL were also injured by sharp objects, namely the initials Sertu SE (wound under the right armpit), and Serda R (injured on the left finger). Meanwhile, the injured victims were from the Indonesian Army, namely Prada YHS from Yonif 136/Tuah Sakti.
