2. The traffic flow from Jalan Merdeka Timur which will go to Jalan Merdeka Utara or the State Palace is diverted to the right to Jalan Perwira.
3. The traffic flow from Jalan Ridwan Rais which will go to Jalan Merdeka Selatan is straightened to Jalan Merdeka Timur.
4. The traffic flow from Jalan MH Thamrin which will go to the Horse Statue Roundabout is diverted to the left or to the right of Jalan Kebon Sirih.
5. The traffic flow from Jalan Abdul Muis which will turn left on Jalan Budi Kemuliaan is straightened to Fachrudin Street and the traffic flow from Fachrudin Street which will turn right to Budi Kemerdekaan Street is straightened to Abdul Muis Street.
6. The traffic flow from Jalan Hayam Wuruk which will go straight to Jalan Majapahit is diverted to the left to Jalan Juanda and the traffic flow from Jalan Suryo Pranoto which will go to Jalan Majapahit is turned left to Jalan Gajah Mada or straightened to Jalan Ir. H. Juanda.
