KPK Names 2 Suspects In The Pertamina Gas Station Digitization Case From PT Telkom

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has named three suspects in the alleged corruption of digitizing PT Pertamina's public refueling station (SPBU). Two of them have the status of state administrators from PT Telkom (Persero).

"The suspect is elements, red) two from Telkom, one private sector," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to VOI, Wednesday, February 19.

Tessa has not detailed the identities of the three suspects, including her position. However, the information obtained stated that the two suspects were from PT Telkom (Persero) with the initials DR and W.

Meanwhile, as a private party, E is the Director of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi.

The KPK has asked the Directorate General of Immigration to prevent the three suspects. Prevention is carried out for six months and can be extended if needed by investigators.

Prevention abroad aims to make it easier for all three to be questioned. "It's been banned (out of country, red)," said Tessa.

Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at PT Pertamina (Persero). This time, the connection with the digitization project of public refueling stations (SPBU) allegedly occurred in 2019-2023.

To investigate this case, the anti-corruption commission has issued an investigation warrant (sprindik) in September 2024. Three suspects have been named.

In addition, the anti-corruption commission is also exploring the role of PT Telkom (Persero) in the process of digitizing gas stations which has resulted in harm to the state. Investigators are sure to continue to work to strengthen the evidence they already have.
