This was revealed by Agam as a witness 1 at the Jakarta Military Court II-08, Cakung, East Jakarta, when giving information about the chronology of the pursuit of rental cars that were taken away by three members of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) Navy (AL) from the Military Oditurat II-07 Jakarta.

Initially, Agam told that he and his father were following a Honda Brio car which was a rental car that was being boarded by the defendant 2 Second Sergeant Akbar Adli.

While participating in the car, Agam had asked the Indonesian Car Rental Association community for help for fear that something would happen after being held at gunpoint by the perpetrators. There are three cars from Tangerang that are willing to accompany.

The point of the car was at the Jakarta-Merak rest area. When they found out the car was there, Agam and his father waited for three people from his community at the entrance to the rest area.

When everything was complete, Agam, his father, and his father's colleagues immediately met the defendant 2 Akbar.

"My father is holding Sertu Akbar, and I heard my father say 'where's the gun? Drop it'," said Agam, imitating his father's words at the time in the trial reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, February 18.

Agam said that at that time there were five people, including his father who held Sertu Akbar. According to Agam, at that time Sertu Akbar did not listen to his father's words and said he was a member of the Indonesian Navy.

"After Defendant II was held by five people, what was Defendant II doing?" asked the Military Oditur from the Military Oditurat II-07 Jakarta, Major of the Legal Corps (Chk) Gori Rambe.

"I just heard 'I am the Indonesian Navy', I heard 'where is the gun?' (answereted) 'I am not there, I am the Navy'," said Agam.

After that, Agam admitted to hearing the sound of an eruption from inside Sigra's car parked near the Honda Brio which was carrying members of the Indonesian Navy. Agam heard twice that of a firearm.

"When my father was holding Sertu Akbar, sir," replied Agam.
