The Husband Of Former Bawaslu Member Agustina Tio Fridelina Was Questioned By KPK Investigators Regarding Hasto's Case

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has examined the husband of former member of the Indonesian Bawaslu Agustiani Tio Fridelina, Adrial Wilde on Monday, February 17 yesterday. He was questioned as a witness in the bribery case of interim replacement (PAW) members of the Indonesian House of Representatives and the obstruction to the investigation that ensnared PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto.

"That's right. Brother AW was asked for his statement today as a witness who is rescheduling," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardhika to reporters quoted on Tuesday, February 18.

Tessa explained that this request for information should have been made on February 7. However, Arial was unable to attend so he asked for a reschedule.

"For this reason, the person concerned today is present to fulfill his obligation to provide testimony as a witness in the KPU bribery case for suspects whose colleagues already know together," said the spokesman with the investigator's background.

Meanwhile, Adrial after undergoing examination said that investigators were asked about the bribery case that had ensnared his wife. He conveyed this after undergoing an examination at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta at 18.30 WIB.

"Yes, because I as husband and my wife's activities are their respective activities, I have my own activities, my wife has my own activities, so I only at that time acted as a husband," said Adrina.

Complementing the Adrial, Army Mulyanto as his lawyer said investigators also asked about the obstruction case that ensnared Hasto. Information about bribery cases is not so much explored.

Likewise with the matter of prevention abroad, the Army said, investigators did not mention it at all. "The substance of the case is more in the aspect of the issues related to obstruction of justice, so that's roughly the case," said the lawyer.

"Only what is interesting is that in Pak Adrial's capacity language today it is only limited to the context of its obstruction, not in terms of bribery," the Army continued.

Previously reported, the KPK developed an interim replacement bribery (PAW) case that ensnared former KPU commissioner Wahyu Setiawan and his fugitive, Harun Masiku. Two people were later named as suspects, namely PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto and Donny Tri Istiqomah who are PDIP cadres as well as lawyers.

Hasto is also a suspect in the obstruction of the investigation. He is suspected of trying to obstruct the legal process, one of which is by asking Harun to damage his cellphone and run away after the arrest operation (OTT) was carried out.

Hasto has submitted a pretrial to the South Jakarta District Court (PN) because he did not accept being a suspect. However, the judge decided not to accept the lawsuit because it was considered unclear or vague on Thursday, February 13.

Hasto's camp then filed a pretrial with the South Jakarta District Court on Friday, February 14 or the day after the decision was made by Djumyanto. They included two separate lawsuits, namely related to bribery cases and the obstruction of the investigation.

Hasto was questioned as a suspect on January 13. He underwent an examination for 3.5 hours and did not have an orange dream.
