Completed Examined, Hotman Paris Asked 25 Questions, There Are 4 Names Highlighted

JAKARTA - The famous lawyer, Hotman Paris Hutapea, has finished undergoing examination as a witness in the case of alleged insults and causing chaos in the trial which made Razman Arif Nasution and his friends reported. A total of 25 questions were raised against him.

"My BAP has finished today, there are 25 questions," Hotman told reporters, Monday, February 17.

But it was not conveyed in detail what the police dug up against him. It is only stated that in the process of taking information there were four people who were highlighted, including Razman Arif Nasution and Firdaus Oiwobo.

Two other people, namely Ade Suryani and Elida Neti, are wives and one of the attorneys from Razman Arif Nasution.

"There are four names highlighted in my BAP, namely Razman Nasution, Firdaus, three who also said words that caused a stir, namely his wife Razman, Ade Suryani, and also his attorney who was the girl who was the mother? Elida Neti," he said.

In addition, Hotman said that in this case there were several things that became the attention of the police. One of them relates to insulting sentences to the panel of judges.

It is known that Razman had conveyed the word corruptor who seemed to be addressed to the panel of judges who tried the alleged defamation case.

"The saddest thing here and the most special concern of investigators is All insulting words, the dirty words spoken against the Panel of Judges and the Court were broadcast live, broadcast live from the beginning of the trial to the end," said Hotman.

"Including words of corruptors, corruptors, cannot, cannot change, then there are still other inappropriate words said by his wife Razman, as well as Neti and also when investigators saw clearly that Firdaus' rise to the table, no one was forced, really likes to be willing and there is also no reason for him because Razman said he wanted to be checked or wanted to not exist because the video was all there," he continued.

The North Jakarta District Court reported Razman and his friends to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. The report was a follow-up to orders or directions from the Supreme Court (MA).

Three articles were reported. First, Article 335 of the Criminal Code concerning unpleasant acts. Then, Article 207 of the Criminal Code concerning insults to rulers or legal entities in Indonesia, and Article 217 of the Criminal Code concerning making noise in court trials.
