Bandung Police, West Java, arrested two robbers who caused the victim with the initials NR to be injured.

Bandung Police Chief Kombes Budi Sartono said the two robbers with the initials CA and SP were arrested after their action on Jalan Soma, Kiaracondong District. CCTV and viral on social media on Saturday, February 15 evening.

"From the results of the statements of the two suspects, it is true that the two suspects, namely during CA and SP, planned to commit acts of theft with violence," Budi said in Bandung as quoted by Antara, Monday, February 17.

Budi explained that the two perpetrators went around with motorbikes while carrying a machete to find the target. When they saw the victim walking alone, they immediately approached and tried to take his bag.

According to Budi, the two perpetrators had planned their actions. It is known that the victim fought back, causing the victim's hand to be injured and had to get four stitches

"Because they resisted, the bag was cut with a machete and hit the victim's arm so that it was injured," he said.

According to him, the victim did not report the incident to the police after the incident. Even so, his party immediately carried out further investigations after receiving the information.

"We were alert, immediately related to the victim, and revealed the incident by arresting the two suspects the next day. We secured a Vario motorbike, a machete, IDR 20,000 in cash, an ATM card in the name of the victim," he said.

For this incident, said Budi, the two suspects were subject to Article 365 of the Criminal Code with a maximum sentence of nine years in prison.
