Hotman Paris: I Am Sure, In The Near Future Razman Nasution And Firdaus Will Be Suspects

JAKARTA - The famous lawyer, Hotman Paris Hutapea, believes that in the near future Razman Arif Nasution will be named a suspect in the alleged insult case to make noise in the trial.

Razman diketahui dilaporkan oleh pihak Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Utara ke Bareskrim Polri terkait kerusuhan yang terjadi pada 6 Februari.

"I believe that in the near future Razman and his friends will become suspects," Hotman told reporters, Monday, February 17.

This belief was due to cases of alleged insults that made noise in the trial received a lot of attention and attention.

It is known that the North Jakarta District Court decided to make a police report because of an order or directive from the Supreme Court (MA).

Thus, Hotman asked Razman to immediately repent. In fact, it is recommended not to look for problems with people just to achieve success.

"The special message of Mr. Razman to repent if he wants to be successful like Hotman Paris, don't sneer, don't touch people, but work like Hotman Paris who works from 3 a.m. until the evening, finally representing thousands of dragons," said Hotman.

Meanwhile, the report made by the Court is registered with the number LP/B/70/II/SPKT/Bareskrim Polri, dated February 11, 2025.

In the report, Razman and his friends allegedly violated three articles, namely Article 335 of the Criminal Code concerning unpleasant acts.

Then, Article 207 of the Criminal Code concerning insults to rulers or legal entities in Indonesia, and Article 217 of the Criminal Code concerning making noise in court trials.
