8 Students Want To Brawl Secured, Pesanggrahan Police Provide Guidance

JAKARTA - The Pesanggrahan Police, South Jakarta arrested eight students suspected of wanting to do a brawl under the Ulujami Toll Road, Pesanggrahan, on Wednesday night, February 6.

The Head of Pesanggrahan Police, AKP Seala Syah Alam, revealed that the eight students came from Hang Tuah High School, Kebayoran Lama.

"We have secured eight students at Hang Tuah Kebayoran Lama School because they plan to fight under the Ulujami Toll Road," said Seala on Friday, February 7.

Currently, the students have been detained at the Pesanggrahan Police Station to undergo coaching. This step was taken so that they do not repeat their actions in the future.

"Schools and parents agreed to be more active in supervising and fostering students. This incident is also expected to be a lesson for other students," he added.

Furthermore, Seala emphasized that the brawl was a serious concern for the police because it could be fatal, even taking lives.

"The students involved have been given an understanding of the consequences of criminal law that they can face and warn against repeating their actions," he concluded.
