The micro-enterprises that use 3 kg LPG to cook in their business are required to have a Business Identification Number (NIB). Then the types of micro-enterprises that meet the criteria include:

Farmers who are entitled to receive 3 kg LPG subsidies are those who have received LPG first package assistance for water pump machines from the government.

Fishermen who are entitled to receive 3 kg LPG subsidies are those who have received LPG first package assistance for fishing vessels from the government.
