Megawati Holds Bimtek Member Of DPRD, PDIP: Consolidation In The Midst Of Political Pressure

Chairman of the PDI-P (PDIP) Megawati Soekarnoputri held technical guidance (bimtek) for all DPRD members at the provincial and district/city levels today.

PDIP Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto said this technical guidance was held to strengthen the ability of legislative members in carrying out the legislative, budget and supervisory functions, as well as the representation of the people.

"Consolidation of the party amidst various challenges and political pressures, the PDI-P continues to carry out consolidation," said Hasto in his statement, Friday, January 24.

The technical guidance and technology were also attended by a number of ranks of the PDIP Central Leadership Council (DPP) such as Ganjar Pranowo, Djarot Saiful Hidayat, Komarudin Watubun, Adi Dharmo and Yuke Yurike.

"PDI-P as the first party to hold Bimtek in 2025 continues to ignite the fire of struggle in order to face various challenges," said Hasto.

The 5th President of the Republic of Indonesia is scheduled to provide briefing at 14.00 WIB to strengthen the leadership quality of all legislative members as future architects of the party's ideological, platform, and political attitudes.

Various Party people's programs such as overcoming stunting; reducing extreme poverty; realizing food sovereignty; to creating jobs and mastery of science and technology, strengthening research and innovation is part of the strategic tasks of legislative members, including cultural movements in improving the quality of Indonesian civilization," explained Hasto.
