JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning (ATR)/Head of the National Land Agency (BPN) Nusron Wahid will check procedures for issuing Building Use Rights Certificates (SHGB) and Marine fence Ownership Certificates (SHM) to Section Heads to the former Head of the Tangerang Land Office, Banten.
Nusron emphasized that he would investigate further the procedures applied in the issuance of the certificate so that errors or irregularities do not occur that harm the community.
The check involved several related parties, starting from the Head of the Survey and Mapping Section at the Tangerang Regency Land Office (Kantah), which must be held accountable.
"After there is a measurement from the KJSB (Perlisence Surveyor Service Office) it needs ratification, therefore the head of the measurement and survey section in the Tangerang Regency Kantah must also be able to ask for accountability," said Nusron as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, January 20.
In addition, the Head of the Registration and Determination of Rights Section will also be asked for information regarding the procedures that have been carried out in determining the right to land used for the sea fence.
Those responsible for land registration will be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws and regulations if violations or procedural discrepancies are found.
"We will also ask the Head of the Land Rights and Registration Determination Section (Kantah Tangerang) for information," he said.
He also mentioned that his party will summon the former Head of the Tangerang Land Office, who is currently retired, for questioning regarding his involvement in the process of issuing the HGB and SHM related to the sea fence.
The Ministry of ATR/BPN emphasized that the examination was aimed at ensuring that all processes were carried out in accordance with existing regulations, as well as providing clarity to the public regarding allegations of irregularities in the maritime fence project in Tangerang.
"The next thing is the Head of the (LAND) Office in Tangerang, but the person concerned has retired, we will also call, and we will see if he is involved or not," he said.

Previously, Nusron had ordered the Director General (Dirjen) of Land and Spatial Planning (SPPR) of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Virgo Eresta Jaya to also summon the Licensed Surveyor Service Office (KJSB).
The Minister of ATR stated that the summons was due to KJSB being involved in land measurements before the issuance of the Building Use Rights (HGB) certificate related to the sea fence project, namely a survey service office originating from the private sector.
The Ministry of ATR/BPN will ensure whether the applicable procedures have been followed and carried out properly in the measurement process by the KJSB or not.
