PP Ormas And GRI Clashes In Blora Reconciled Regent

JAKARTA - Blora Regent Arief Rohman intervened to reconcile the Pancasila Youth community organization (ormas) involved in clashes with the United Indonesia People's Movement (GRIB) Jaya which resulted in a number of injured victims.

"The PP and GRIB organizations agreed to make peace by making a statement signed by the two parties, witnessed by the regional leadership communication forum (forkompimda) today (January 15)," said Blora Regent Arief Rohman in Blora, Central Java (Central Java), Wednesday, January 15, as reported by Antara.

Forkopimda which was present at the Blora Regency Hall, starting from the Blora Police Chief AKBP Wawan Andi Susanto, representatives from the Kodim, public prosecutors to the Blora District Court (PN).

On that occasion, he apologized for the clashes involving the two mass organizations on January 14, 2025.

"Hopefully a similar case will not happen again because it is detrimental to the community," he said.

Pancasila Youth Chair Blora Munaji admitted that this peace agreement was made together with the Chairman of GRIB Jaya Blora.

Munaji hopes that this incident will be the last and will not happen again.

"We are also ready to keep the situation in Blora Regency conducive," he said.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of GRIB Jaya Blora Sugiyanto said that all work together and receive good faith to make the Blora situation safe and peaceful.
