The Constitutional Court is scheduled to open the 2024 Pilkada dispute application submission service until Wednesday, December 18. Applicants have three working days to submit applications after the respective regional General Election Commission (KPU) announces the determination of the vote count results.
Quoting the official MK website, after submitting an application, the applicant is given a maximum of three working days to correct or complete the documents since receiving the e-AP3 (Electronic Applicant Application Submission Deed).
