Deputy Minister Of Administrative And Bureaucratic Reform Calls Digital Transformation Strengthening Quality Public Services

Deputy Minister of PANRB Purwadi Arianto said digital transformation and bureaucratic synergy are the path to quality and adaptive public services to global challenges.

"This Rakor is a concrete step to strengthen coordination between agencies, ensure responsive and inclusive public services and support the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045," Purwadi said quoting Antara.

All of these steps are basically part of the integral in achieving the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045.

Furthermore, he also highlighted several strategic issues of community agencies of the Ministry of PANRB covering the optimization of electronic-based government systems (SPBE), the development of ASN competencies through Corporate University and Future Leader Program as well as the integration of digital archives by ANRI into national platforms.

"Digital transformation is not only a matter of automation, but must be supported by system interoperability between agencies and the use of digital technology such as SPBE and DIGITAL INA," he said.

Purwadi explained that synergy is the key to ensuring that the bureaucracy is not only responsive to current challenges, but also able to adapt to the future.

"Hopefully the results of this coordination meeting can be a reference in designing concrete policies and programs. Let's continue to be enthusiastic about collaborating to build a foundation for a more effective, transparent, and inclusive government for the sake of a victorious Indonesia," said Purwadi.

Meanwhile, Deputy for Institutional and Laksana Affairs of the Ministry of PANRB Nanik Murwati in the coordination meeting said that National Digital Transformation (TDN) is a strategy to achieve the 2025-2029 national development target.

This strategy is realized in the astacita of the government of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto.

"The Presidential Program cannot be implemented in a silo or sectoral manner because it is thematic in terms of cross-sectoral area," Nanik.

To ensure this, according to him, a network strategy is needed in implementing the work system with thematic business processes and digital transformation.

In his speech, October 24, 2024, President Prabowo conveyed several priority matters in the digital field, including digital transformation for the accuracy of the targets of social assistance and subsidies as well as the prevention and eradication of corruption.

"The digital government strategy currently focuses on priority digital services with digital public infrastructure (DPI) as the foundation of integration," he said.

Plt. Head of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI) Imam Gunarto who was present as a resource person at the coordination meeting also conveyed his presentation on the success of one of the forms of SPBE, namely the SRIKANDI Program (Integrated Dynamic Archives Information System).

The program, according to him, has saved the state budget of up to IDR 3.19 trillion.

"SRIKANDI has succeeded in supporting bureaucratic efficiency in protecting archives as a collective memory of the nation," concluded Imam.
