Hanging Out During The Day At A Coffee Shop, 6 Sex Workers In Probolinggo Are Arrested By Police

PROBOLINGGO - A total of 6 sex workers were secured by the Sabhara Unit of the Probolinggo Police, East Java. They were found hanging out during the day at the shop.

The six had the initials S, 32, B, 33, residents of Krucil District, then R, 36, and A, 36, residents of Pajarakan District. Then RA, 32, a resident of Gading District, Probolinggo Regency, and E, 25, a resident of Banyuglugur District, Situbondo Regency, East Java.

Kasat Sabhara Probolinggo Police, Commissioner Adjutant of Police Ahmad Jayadi said the operation began when his party received information from the public. Two coffee shops in Paiton District, Probolinggo, mentioned in the resident's report that they also provide sex workers.

"From that information, we immediately conducted raids. In the two stalls, we found six prostitutes," he said, Monday, November 1.

Commissioner Adjutant of Police Jayadi said when the raid was carried out, the prostitutes were waiting for their customers. There are some of them sitting in front of the shop, some are waiting inside the shop.

As a result, the six people were immediately taken to the Probolinggo Police Headquarters, East Java, where a Minor Crime trial will be held at the Kraksaan District Court (PN), East Java.

"We have coordinated with the PN to hold a trial against the prostitutes," he said.
