After Sorong And Pekanbaru, It's The Turn Of Cimahi Women Who Support Sandiaga Uno To Advance In The 2024 Presidential Election
JAKARTA - Hundreds of mothers who are members of the Volunteer Kawan Sandi (RKS) Cimahi, West Java, have declared themselves to support Sandiaga Uno running as a Presidential Candidate (Capres) 2024.
RKS Cimahi Coordinator Dewi Trinawati in a written statement in Jakarta, Monday, November 1, explained their reasons for supporting Sandiaga. According to her, Sandiaga is a hard worker and embraces all circles.
"Because Mr. Sandi is a hard worker, simple, and always nurturing, never discriminating between race and culture, whatever it is, everyone always embraces it," said Dewi.
Dewi said support for the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Uno in Cimahi came from across groups including micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), millennials, cultural figures, and religious leaders.
The declaration was carried out at the New Queue Market, Sriwijaya Street, Setiamanah, Cimahi, West Java. In addition to holding a declaration, RKS Cimahi distributed food packages to local residents.
According to Dewi, her party will hold follow-up programs to gather community support for Sandiaga Uno.
"We will hold social services and other programs to raise the people's economy, SMEs, and street vendors. We want to raise the little people to be prosperous," explained Dewi.
Meanwhile, RKS Cimahi member Elda Dwi Pratiwi assessed that Sandiaga had the potential to lead Indonesia. Elda, who is a student, admitted that she would garner support for Sandiaga Uno from millennials.
"I'm from the millennial circle, because we already know what Mr. Sandi's performance is like in the ministry. So we can share information," said Elda.
