VS Artist Secured By Police Suspectedly Related To Prostitution

JAKARTA - A female artist with the initials VS has been arrested by the police, suspected of being linked to online prostitution. The police also secured the pimps for the artist.

"For now, I confirm that someone with the initials VS is arrested," said Head of Public Relations of the Lampung Police, Kombes Zahwani Pandra Arsyad, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, July 29.

Apart from VS, Pandra said that two other people were arrested. The two men are suspected of playing the role of pimps in an alleged online prostitution case involving the artist.

"Two people suspected of being intermediaries," he said.

VS artist was arrested at a hotel in Bandar Lampung. Currently the VS artist and two other people are still undergoing examinations.
