Getting Ready Next Month PUBG: New State Ready To Play In 200 Countries
JAKARTA - The game PUBG: New State will finally be officially released on November 11. The game, which comes from the Krafton studio, will be available in a stable version for Android and iOS users.
Set in 2051, the game offers a futuristic take on the multiplayer-focused PUBG formula with new features, such as in-game weapon and drone customization.
The plan, the game PUBG: New State will launch in more than 200 countries and 17 languages at launch. The game, which has not yet been launched, has received tremendous attention, because when registration was opened for alpha and beta testing modes, the number of PUBG: New State players who had pre-registered exceeded 40 million.
Compiled from The Verge, Saturday, October 23, New State is a significant launch for the PUBG series, which popularized the battle royale genre after the launch of its first title in 2017.
While New State is not its first mobile entry, following the launch of PUBG Mobile in 2018, it is the first to have been created by the game's original developer, PUBG Studios. Development of the original PUBG Mobile was handled previously by Chinese tech giant Tencent.
The PUBG: New State game can run on a minimum of Android 6.0 operating system with 2.5 GB RAM (3 GB) and Snapdragon 625 processor. In fact, a special map made by Krafton will also be present in PUBG: New State namely "TROI" which has never been present in the game PUBG before.
This 8×8 km map is equivalent to the size of the Erangel and Miramar maps. Like previous PUBG games, New State is centered around multiplayer matches. Up to 100 players enter the map, and one player or squad emerges victorious.
The advantages of PUBG: This New State will come with a "strong anti-cheat" feature and the company will also actively monitor players or cheaters to catch problems before they grow too widespread.
This step started when the PUBG game had major problems with cheaters in the past. Motherboard reported earlier this year that a group of cheaters allegedly made more than $70 million selling cheats for PUBG Mobile.
PUBG is not the only game that has this problem. Other companies such as Activision and Valve have made efforts to prevent cheating in their respective games and hardware.
