North Sumatra Today: Observed 15 Hotspots In Several Regions

SUMUT - The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) monitored as many as 15 hot spots in several areas in North Sumatra Province on Tuesday, October 12.

Forecast of BMKG Region I Medan, Nora Sinaga, said that as many as 15 hot spots were monitored based on fashionable sensor monitoring via the Tera, Aqua, SNPP, and NOAA20 satellites.

A total of 15 hotspots were observed in Labuhanbatu Regency at three points, Padang Lawas two points, North Padang Lawas two points, Serdang Bedagai one point, Tanjungbalai one point, South Tapanuli two points, North Tapanuli one point, and Toba three points.

"As for the weather, it will be cloudy during the day, there is a chance for light rain in Nias Islands and its surroundings", Nora said as quoted by Antara.

Cloudy in the evenings and a chance of light rain in Nias Islands, Madina, Palas, Paluta, Medan, Langkat, Binjai, Karo, Deli Serdang, Humbahas, Dairi, Pakpak Bharat, Tapteng, Taput, South Tapanuli, Toba.

Cloudy in the morning and a chance of light rain in Medan, Langkat, Binjai.

The air temperature is 24.0-34.0 degrees Celsius, humidity is 60-96 percent, the wind blows from the Northwest-Northeast at a speed of 10-30 km/hour.
