Fire In Balangan South Kalimantan Kills A Teenager With Disabilities
KALSEL - A fire that occurred in Paringin Timur Village, Paringin District, Balangan Regency, South Kalimantan (Kalsel) killed a teenager with a disability.
Head of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Balangan H Rahmi, explained that the fire that scorched a resident's house occurred at around 08.30 WITA.
"The house is inhabited by a family of four, including the couple Ahmad Jaini and Nursiah and their two children, Sarip and M Sauki," said Rahmi, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, October 6.
He continued, of the two children, the one who could not be saved was M Sauki.
"Because the child is known to have a disability," he explained. As for the condition of the building made of semi-concrete, the fire spread quickly.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the police.
