The Current Condition Of 2 TNI Soldiers Who Survive When Posramil Kisor Maybrat Was Attacked, Titanium Attached To The Face
JAKARTA - Two Indonesian Army soldiers managed to survive the brutal attack at the Posramil Kisor Maybrat, West Papua which killed four other members of the Indonesian Army. They are now being taken to the Jakarta Army Hospital for intensive care.
The condition of the two, Sergeant Imanuel Wenatubun and Sergeant Juliano Akusrinadi, suffered injuries that required more qualified media tools.
Serda Imanuel's condition is quite worrying because he suffered injuries to his face due to sharp objects. When treated at the Army Central Hospital and a three-dimensional CT scan was performed, it was discovered that several parts of the bone in the jaw were broken and had received treatment at the Sorong Hospital.
The Army Central Hospital plastic surgeon team then evaluated to improve the handling of Serda Imanuel's wounds by performing surgery. According to the doctor's calculations, Serda Immanuel's condition could only return to normal three months later. That too with various prerequisites that must be met by him.
"Doctor Guntoro said, this is a plastic surgeon who will handle Iman, it will take about three months, yes, until it can be normal, but remember that this part of Iman's upper jaw is currently installed with titanium so that it will be re-united, which means waiting for it to come out, there must be advice from doctor Guntoro what can and cannot be done", said Army Chief of Staff (Kasad), General TNI Andika Perkasa, who came to visit Serda Imanuel as quoted from TNI AD YouTube, Wednesday, October 6.
General Andika also assisted Serda Imanuel's family and transferred Serda Imanuel's duties to Manokwari. This city became the hometown of Serda Immanuel and his family.
"I ask for permission, Mr. Kasad, I am Serda Imanuel, I ask for permission to ask, with what happened to me, am I still allowed to stay as an organic squad? I am Serda Imanuel, I really hope that I can stay as an organic force in the Manokwari city area", said Sergeant Imanuel, represented by his brother, Praka Deni.

"Where do you live? does that mean Iman was also small there? Yes, you can. A gift, for Immanuel after completion of (wound treatment) directly there (Manokwari)", ordered Kasad.
Likewise with Sertu Juliano. In addition to encouraging a speedy recovery, Sertu Juliano also received a prize in the form of a job transfer to his hometown, so that he can be calmer in carrying out his wound recovery.
Kasad hopes that the two soldiers who are victims of the attack in West Papua can recover soon and carry out their activities as before. With the new placements in their respective regions of origin, it is also hoped that the psychological trauma for the two soldiers will be restored.
The West Papua Regional Police previously managed to arrest five members of the KNPB (West Papua National Committee) group that attacked the Posramil Kisor Maybrat who killed four members of the Indonesian Army. West Papua Police Head of Public Relations, Kombes Adam Erwindi said, of the five people who were detained, three were fugitives who were on the wanted list (DPO) and the other two were new suspects as a result of field development by the investigative team.
"Three DPOs arrested were in the names of Roby Yaam, Amos Kii, and Agus Yaam. Meanwhile, the two new suspects who were arrested were named Yakobus Worait and Lukas Kii", said Adam Erwindi.
He said that of the 19 DPOs set in the Kisor Posramil attack, five people had been arrested with the addition of two new suspects, bringing the total to 7 people.
