AHY's Party Throws Misleading Information, Lawyers Make Sure Moeldoko's Party Is Still Solid
JAKARTA - Deli Serdang Rusdiansyah's attorney team for the Extraordinary Democratic Party's Extraordinary Congress (KLB) has denied allegations by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) that the Democratic DPP led by Moeldoko was split into three. Rusdiansyah said the AHY party made big lies and deceit.
"AHY and his leaders have made big lies with the intention of deceiving information that is misguided and misleading that it is not true that the Democratic DPP led by Moeldoko is divided into three regarding the appointment of lawyers," said Rusdiansyah in his statement, Monday, October 4.
Rusdiansyah also denied that the Deli Serdang KLB party appointed Yusril Ihza Mahendra as a lawyer in handling the dispute case with the Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) party.
"In fact, the DPP of the Democratic Party led by Moeldoko only appointed the Law office of Rusdiansyah and Partners as legal counsel in the dispute over the management of the Democratic Party with the Menkumham and never appointed Prof. Yusril Ihza Mahendra as a lawyer, let alone brother Yosef Badeoda," he explained.
Rusdiansyah said Moeldoko was furious over the vile slander of the AHY party related to a secret meeting in the Ampera area, South Jakarta. According to him, there has never been a meeting as alleged by the AHY Democrat Party.

"KSP Moeldoko was furious to learn about this. In fact, there was never a meeting that was alleged to have been held, they had made up a lie, let alone said Mr. Moeldoko was furious with me because of the fact that until this moment I still have the trust of him to be the attorney for the DPP of the Democratic Party of the Sibolangit KLB results," he continued.
Rusdiansyah said that the Democratic Party made up lies that he was no longer a lawyer for the Moeldoko party. Especially with the senior Democrat Max Sopacua.
"It's not true that I have different opinions with senior Democrat Party Mr. H. Max Sopacua and colleagues, the fact is that until this moment I am still on good terms with him and he has never resigned from the Democrats led by General TNI (Ret.) Dr. H. Moeldoko, M.Si. "For this reason, I invite my media friends to confirm the truth of this heinous lie and slander to Mr. H. Max Sopacua and colleagues. Even Mr. Max has made a rebuttal for this heinous lie and slander," he said.
Rusdiansyah also dismissed the news that he was being investigated by the police for the case of making a fake power of attorney. According to Rusdiansyah, the accusations are fabricated and baseless.
