"It turns out that maybe the person concerned (Napoleon Bonaparte) did not deny it because at the beginning it was submitted to investigators a letter of revocation and a letter of peace", said Director of General Crimes at the National Police-Criminal Investigation Agency, Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi to reporters, Wednesday, September 29.
However, investigators took a different stance by continuing their investigation of the case until they finally named the suspect. This is because investigators assessed that the case was not based on a complaint offense.
"But because the case that occurred was not a complaint offense, the investigators decided to continue to carry out the investigation", he said.

"After that, additional examinations were carried out, up to the pre-reconnaissance, it was revealed that it was not only NB who did this, there were other inmates who also did that", said Brigadier General Andi.
Previously, the National Police named five suspects in the case of the persecution of Muhammad Kece at the Criminal Investigation Unit. Where one of them was Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte.
The five suspects are all Criminal Investigation Unit detainees. They include Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte, DH, DW, H, and HP.
