Examine Head Of DKI BPKD, KPK Investigate PMD Disbursement Process For Land Procurement Munjul

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the process of disbursing Regional Capital Participation (PMD) by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, one of which is land acquisition for Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta.

This is done by examining the Head of the Regional Financial Management Agency (BPKD) of DKI Jakarta Province, Edi Sumantri and Plt. Head of the DKI Jakarta Province BUMD Trustees, Riyadi. This inspection was carried out on Monday, September 20 yesterday.

"The Investigative Team continues to explore through witness statements related to the process of disbursing Regional Capital Participation by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government to Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which includes land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City," said Acting Interpreter. Speaking to the KPK on Enforcement Sector Ali Fikri to reporters, Tuesday, September 21.

In addition to the two witnesses, the KPK also examined PT Adonara Propertindo's finance department employee, Ajeng Amelia; Director of PT Embrio, Andyas Geraldo; and a private company named Anndika Satiharidi Arfa.

They were confirmed related to the financial operations of PT Adonara Propertindo which was used for land acquisition in Munjul. Lastly, the KPK also examined the Senior Manager of the Human Resources and General Division of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya.

"What was confirmed was related to operational activities at Perumda Sarana Jaya and the alleged existence of a special order by the suspect YRC to expedite the land acquisition process in Munjul, Pondok Rangon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta City," said Ali.

As previously reported, the KPK has named four suspects, namely the Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar. In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.

This allegation of corruption occurred when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, sought land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.

As a result of this alleged corruption, the state is estimated to have lost up to Rp. 152.5 billion. The suspects allegedly used this money to finance their personal needs.
