Police Investigate Allegations Of Negligence Of The Semarang PIP In The Case Of The Death Of The Taruna

SEMARANG - Police are still investigating the alleged negligence committed by the Polytechnic of Shipping Sciences (PIP) Semarang, Central Java in the case of persecution that killed one of the cadets of the educational institution, Zidan Muhammad Faza.

"From the results of the investigation, it is still being developed," said Deputy Head of Criminal Investigation at the Semarang Police, AKP Agus Supriyadi, in Semarang, as reported by Antara, Thursday, September 16.

According to him, elements from the internal PIP Semarang were also questioned, such as campus security officers and the cadet coaching section.

Previously, five PIP Semarang cadets were named suspects of the persecution that killed Zidan Muhammad Faza, a cadet who was the junior of the five perpetrators. as part of training activities.

Agus said the mess was a rented house rented by the cadets as a place to live.

The five Semarang PIP cadets who were named as suspects were Caecar Richardo Bintang Samudra Tampubolon, Aris Riyanto, Andre Arsprilla Arief, Albert Jonathan Ompu Sungu, and Budi Dharmawan.

For their actions, the suspects were charged with Article 170 of the Criminal Code regarding beatings that killed other people.
