The chairman of the Legislation Body of the DPR, Supratman Andi Agtas, said the decision was taken after hearing the views of all parties, both factions in the DPR, the government, and the DPD (Regional Representative Council).
"All of the Paksi representatives have agreed to that. Therefore, I would like to ask again if this can be approved?" Supratman asked during a working meeting at the DPR building, Wednesday, September 15.
Members of the meeting participants also answered in agreement with the Baleg leadership's question. The Gerindra Party legislator also asked the government's attitude, in this case, represented by the Minister of Law and Human Rights, Yasonna H Laoly.
