Presenting Information About The Marine And Fisheries Sector, IndiHome Officially Broadcasts NeptuneTV KKP
JAKARTA - As one of the interactive television services owned by PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (Telkom), IndiHome officially cooperates with the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) in broadcasting videos about the marine and fisheries sector, both related to literacy, policy socialization. , as well as the work program of the KKP.
The collaboration between the two parties was marked by the launch of NeptuneTV on the IndiHome service channel which took place online and offline in Jakarta, Monday 13 September. The launch of NeptuneTV was attended by the Special Assistant to the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries for Media and Public Communication, Doni Ismanto and the Executive General Manager of Telkom's TV and Video Division, AA Gede Mayun Wirayuda.
Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono in his speech video said, NeptuneTV is a form of innovation and creativity of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in conveying information in the marine and fisheries sector to the community. NeptuneTV's content in the form of video documentaries to web series are presented as attractively as possible so that they are easily accepted by the public.
"Welcome to watching NeptuneTV content for education and to get a lot of information, as well as guarding our performance," said Sakti Wahyu Trenggono.
On a separate occasion, Telkom's Director of Consumer Service, Venusiana, said that his party officially announced the collaboration between IndiHome and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries.
"This collaboration is a manifestation of Telkom's real support, especially IndiHome for government programs so that the public can easily access reliable information related to Indonesian maritime information, policies and KKP programs through IndiHome TV," said Venusiana.
NeptuneTV shows are available on IndiHome's in-house channel, with the main channels being Ruang Trampil, UseePhoto and UseePrime, as well as Video on Demand (VOD). Both can be watched on IPTV IndiHome TV or through the useetv.com website and the UseeTV GO application. The NeptuneTV content will air every Monday to Friday at 12.30 WIB and every Saturday - Sunday at 19.30 WIB.
Complementing the statement of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Doni Ismanto as Special Assistant to the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries for Media and Public Communication, said that Neptune TV is part of the KKP's strategy in communicating the strength of the marine and fisheries sector to the community so that together they take advantage of Indonesia's marine and fisheries natural resources in accordance with blue economy principles.
Doni added that Neptune TV content can also be watched on the MAXStream application and the official YouTube channel of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. The use of technology is recognized as a necessity today to convey information quickly to the public. Its reach is also wider and can even be accessed anywhere and anytime.
