JAKARTA - Telkomsel operators responded to the alleged customer data leak experienced by social media activist Denny Siregar. Where, Denny complained about his personal data being leaked.
Vice President for Corporate Communications at Telkomsel, Denny Abidin, explained that his party always complies with laws and regulations and business ethics in Indonesia. Telkomsel also guarantees its security system.
"As a business entity that always complies with statutory regulations and business ethics, Telkomsel refers to the technical and security standards that have been determined for the benefit of providing commercial telecommunications services set by international standardization agencies (ITU, GSMA) and national FTP," said Denny to VOI. , Monday, July 6.
According to him, Telkomsel's information security system is ISO 27001 certified where the certification process is carried out by an independent and professional international institution. Denny said that Telkomsel is committed and obliged to ensure the security of customer data.
