Deputy Minister of Finance (Wamenkeu) Suahasil Nazara said this podcast can be a good learning tool to make tacit knowledge explicit.

"I hope that later this D'Maestro podcast is not only for the Ministry of Finance, but also for all tacit knowledge in the field of state finance which may be in other ministries, maybe in local governments, maybe in the business world when he has experience in contact with finance. countries, maybe abroad,” he said in a webinar, Monday, August 30.

According to the Deputy Minister of Finance, tacit knowledge usually comes from the understanding, skills and experiences inherent in individuals who are inspiring, inspiring and provide positive values. It is said that he can become something that provides its own value if it is conveyed in the right ways of communication.

“Right now, fiscal policy has footprints everywhere in times of crisis like this. And I think a lot of thinking developed.
