BTPN Claims Jenius Service Has Been Used By 3.3 Million People In 5 Years

JAKARTA - PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk. (BTPN) stated that the company's digital service application, namely Jenius, has been used by 3.3 million people during its five years of existence.

BTPN's Digital Banking Head Irwan Tisnabudi said 170.000 of them have opened business accounts for business development.

"This trust and support encourage us to continue to co-create, collaborate, and grow together in presenting solutions to better manage finances", he said in a webinar as well as the anniversary of Jenius' fifth anniversary, Thursday, August 26.

Irwan added that currently, more than 30.000 Jenius partners have joined as co-creators by sharing inputs and ideas for future service development.

"We have also carried out this co-creation process through more than 650 surveys, discussions, and in-depth interviews with more than 77.000 community members who are familiar with digital services", he said.

In commemoration of this anniversary, the service from the bank with a core capital of between IDR 5 trillion to IDR 30 trillion provides several attractive promos, including discounts for transactions in e-commerce to cashback for the category of investment transactions.
