Police Investigate Alleged Fetish Mukena In Malang, It Started When Female Model Was Asked To Take A Photoshoot
MALANG - Malang City Police are currently investigating a case of alleged mukena fetish that occurred in the Malang City area, East Java. This case was reported by one of the victims who felt aggrieved.
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for Malang City Police, Kompol Tinton Yudha Riambodo, said that his party was still conducting further investigations regarding the alleged mukena fetish, to determine if there was a criminal element in the complaint.
"We need to explore whether this is a criminal act or not. We need to analyze this case whether it can be raised as a criminal act or not," said Tinton in Malang City, East Java, Antara, Friday, August 20.
Fetish is a disorder of intense sexual attraction to inanimate objects, or body parts that are not generally considered to be sexual organs. If the fetish begins to interfere with a person's sexual function, or social life, it can be categorized as a disorder.
Tinton explained that his party is currently studying and analyzing the complaint regarding the alleged mukena fetish. According to him, the statements of witnesses, and evidence of evidence are important things to determine the criminal element in the complaint.
He added that other victims who felt aggrieved were expected to file a similar case complaint with the police. These instructions will later become a determinant regarding the existence of a criminal element in the complaint.
"Because the evidence, the instructions, and the statements of the witnesses are important to determine whether or not a case can be determined as a criminal act," he said.
A number of victims of alleged fetishes in Malang City today came to the Malang City Police to report the alleged mukena fetish incident that they experienced. One of the victims, with the initials AR, made a complaint regarding the alleged fetish.
AR added that there were approximately ten victims that he represented in the complaint. On average, victims feel harassed, because their photos while wearing mukena are suspected of being used as fetish objects by the alleged perpetrator.
The case arose after one of the victims with the initials JT created a thread on his personal Twitter account regarding the alleged fetish. After that, several other women also claimed to have experienced the same thing.
JT, who is a female model in Malang City, East Java, is suspected of being the victim of a fetish by someone with a social media account. The incident occurred after the victim did a photo shoot for a mukena product.
At first, the suspect, with the initials D, claimed to be the owner of an online shop that sells mukena products. The suspect asked the victim to do two photo shoots to promote the mukena he sells.
However, these photos, by suspect D, were not used to promote the mukena products he sells. Instead, upload the photos to an account that is suspected to be a fetish account belonging to D.
