BANJARMASIN - The Banjarmasin Police started to enforce a curfew during PPKM Level 4 in the local city area.
"It is true that when implementing the PPKM this time we imposed a curfew starting at 21.00 WITA," said Banjarmasin Police Chief Kombes Rachmat Hendrawan, quoted by Antara, Thursday, August 19.
The curfew has been in effect since Wednesday, August 18, and the lights of the main public street in the local city have been turned off.
Not only that, when the curfew begins, all traffic riders entering the city of Banjarmasin are diverted to Jalan Pramuka.
"For access to the city, we close and divert it and motorists who enter the city are checked by officers," said Kombes Rachmat.
In addition, according to him, every community who wants to enter the city of Banjarmasin must meet the requirements that have been determined by the local government.
The requirements for entering the City of Banjarmasin include being a resident of Banjarmasin by showing proof of ID / domicile, for those who only work in Banjarmasin must show a description of the place of work, then in an emergency such as illness.
If the three conditions that have been determined cannot be met, you must show a minimum vaccine certificate for the first vaccine and show a PCR Swab or Antigen Swab 2x24 hours and always wear a mask.
Kombes Rachmat added that during the implementation of PPKM and there was a tightening at the entrance to the city, it was intended to reduce and limit people entering the city, nicknamed the city of a thousand rivers.
