SM Entertainment Opens Voice Regarding Rumors Of NCT's Taeyong
JAKARTA - SM Entertainment, the agency that oversees Taeyong and NCT, gave a statement regarding the rumors surrounding Taeyong recently. Apart from SM, the Dispatch media also gave a statement regarding the rumors experienced by the NCT leader.
As is known, Taeyong reportedly committed acts of bullying and wrote malicious comments while in school. This rumor has circulated since he was chosen to be a member who debuted with NCT.
Even though Taeyong apologized, not a few netizens and the public doubted the statement. Plus, along with Taeyong's popularity, many people who claim to be classmates feel that they have been bullied by Taeyong.
In its official statement, SM Entertainment stated that Taeyong had apologized for the treatment he made while in school but those who claimed that this victim continued to create excessive content even had an effect on the privacy of Taeyong and his family.
This informant who is Taeyong's classmate could potentially create a riot between Taeyong and his school friends. The Long Flight singer tries to survive the situation but the actions of his schoolmates can harm Taeyong and family's privacy.
"If you keep writing malicious comments about Taeyong, we will not remain silent and will take legal action against informants including slander."
SM Entertainment asked everyone including the informant to stop writing or posting rumors, comments or individual privacy regarding Taeyong during school.
"We will continue with legal action by strengthening monitors to protect our artists."
