Fast & Furious 10 Will Release April 2023

JAKARTA - The Fast & Furious franchise is approaching the end of the story. Production house Universal Pictures announced the release date of Fast & Furious 10.

Quoted from Entertainment Weekly today, Wednesday, August 18, Fast & Furious 10 will air on April 7, 2023.

Previously, actor Vin Diesel as the main character had leaked that filming for the next story began in January 2022. He also revealed that production plans for Fast 10 and 11 were made simultaneously.

"The fact that you know the production house said it couldn't end all of this in one film, you can imagine what's to come," said Vin Diesel.

Several major franchise players such as Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Chris Bridges, and Sung Kang are reportedly returning to play their characters. On the other hand, there are two stars whose status is unknown.

John Cena, who played Jakob Toretto in F9, said he was not allowed to think about his character's future. Dwayne Johnson has confirmed that he will not be joining the last two films after his feud with Diesel.

"I wish them all the best in Fast 10 and Fast 11 and all the Fast & Furious films they did without me," said Dwayne Johnson.

The Fast & Furious franchise follows players as they relate to racing, robbery, and family. Started in 2001, the franchise has been profitable throughout its run.
