Searching PUPR Office And Company Office In Banjarnegara, KPK Finds Evidence
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigative team found evidence related to allegations of bribery and gratification related to chartering, procurement, or leasing at the Banjarnegara PUPR Service in 2017-2018.
The findings were obtained from a search of two locations in Banjarnegara, Central Java, namely the PUPR Office and the office of a private company. This activity was carried out by a team of investigators on Monday, August 9 yesterday.
"From the PUPR Office of the Banjarnegara Regional Government and the PT BR Office, which is located at Jalan DI Panjaitan, Banjarnegara, various documents and electronic goods allegedly related to the case were found," said Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Sector Ali Fikri to reporters, Tuesday, August 10.
Furthermore, the evidence that has been received will be further analyzed and then confiscated.
Previously, the KPK was investigating allegations of corruption and gratification cases at the Banjarnegara PUPR Service in 2017-2018. This rasuah practice is related to procurement, chartering, and rental activities.
Unfortunately, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) still has not explained who the parties are named as suspects in this case. Later, the announcement of the suspect and the chronology of the alleged corruption will be announced when the detention is carried out.
