Jerinx Denies Police Statement Regarding Reason For Absence From Examination: I Am In Good Health

JAKARTA - Musician I Gede Aryastina alias Jerinx SID denied the police statement regarding his absence from the examination of the alleged threat of violence as a suspect due to illness.

According to him, his health condition is very good. But what actually happened was that Jerinx couldn't go to Jakarta because he didn't have a vaccine certificate. He can't be vaccinated because he has heart disease and hepatitis.

"I am in good health, what prevented me from going to Jakarta to fulfill the police summons is because I have a medical history that does not allow me to be vaccinated (heart and hepatitis)," wrote Jerinx on the Instagram account @_jrxsid_ quoted by VOI, Tuesday, August 10.

In fact, in his upload, Jerinx dared to prove his illness history. Thus, there will be no more misunderstandings about being absent from the summons for an examination at the Polda Metro Jaya.

"I can prove this and the media can confirm this to investigators," said Jerinx.

On the other hand, Jerinx also poked Adam Deni as the reporter for the case. He asked him not to bother making statements that seemed to teach investigators.

Jerinx believes that investigators know better what to do. Especially in cases where he has been named a suspect.

"Brother AD, please don't dictate to investigators because the investigators and I have communicated very, very well, almost every day, regarding the investigation," said Jerinx.

In fact, at the end of his statement, Jerinx emphasized that he would come to Jakarta. He will face the case fearlessly.

"I will deal with this case gently and will definitely come to Jakarta," said Jerinx.

Previously, Jerinx SID was supposed to undergo an examination at the Polda Metro Jaya, Monday, August 9. However, the police said that the examination was canceled because the owner of the name I Gede Aryastina claimed to be unwell.

"Earlier, there was contact from Friend J himself and his legal counsel, saying that today the person concerned could not attend because he is still not feeling well," said the Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes Yusri Yunus.

Due to the absence of the first summons, investigators plan to send a second summons to Jerinx. However, for now investigators will continue to wait according to the applicable regulations.

"Tomorrow we are planning for a second summons because the mechanism is like that according to the Criminal Code, we will do a second summons later. Tomorrow we plan," said Yusri.
