JAKARTA - The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek) announced that the student quota assistance program will continue from September to November 2021.

Thus, the education unit is advised to submit a Statement of Absolute Responsibility (SPTJM) in order to benefit from it.

Acting Head of the Center for Data and Information Technology (Pusdatin) of the Ministry of Education and Culture, Ristek Hasan Chabibie, said that it was important for education units to apply for the SPTJM, due to the many changes to the quota assistance program for the coming period. Considering September has entered the new school year.

"There are students who graduate, then there are new students, not to mention someone has changed numbers. So if you look at this situation, it is almost certain that all educational units need to propose a new SPTJM," Hasan said to Antara, Friday, August 6.

Launching the quota-learning page.kemendikbud.go.id, education units have time to download the SPTJM until August 28, 2021 and upload the SPTJM until August 31, 2021.

Downloading and uploading the SPTJM can be done at vervalponsel.data.kemdikbud.go.id for PAUD and Elementary and Secondary Education (Dikdasmen) levels. Meanwhile, for higher education levels, you can go to the quotadikti.kemdikbud.go.id page.

Recipient conditions

PAUD and Dikdasmen students: - Registered at Dapodik. - Have an active cell phone number in the name of themselves/parents/family/guardians.

PAUD and Dikdasmen educators- Registered at Dapodik.- Have an active mobile number.

Students- Registered at PPDikti as active students or completing a double degree.- Have an active mobile number.- Have a Study Plan Card for the current semester.

Lecturer- Registered at PPDikti as an active lecturer.- Have a registration number (NIDN, NIDK, or NUP).- Have an active cell phone number.

If there is a change in the mobile number, the prospective recipient can report it to the head of the education unit, then the leader or operator of the education unit can upload the new SPTJM.

Hasan added that the Ministry of Education and Culture will continue to monitor if there are violations in the quota assistance program.

"For example, it is found that there are people who should not receive assistance instead, later in the following month period we will write them off from the list of recipients," he said.

The Ministry of Education and Research and Technology quota assistance will be distributed to recipients every September, October, and November 2021, with details of 7 GB per month for PAUD level, 10 GB per month for Dikdasmen level, 12 GB per month for PAUD and Dikdasmen teachers, and 15 GB per month.
