DKI Residents Now Have Vaccines To Be Active, This Is Anies Baswedan's Explanation
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan will immediately relax a number of activity sectors in the capital city. However, the main condition for implementing the easing is the COVID-19 vaccination.
"So even though the sector is declared permitted, but for DKI Jakarta there is an addition, it must have been vaccinated," said Anies, Sunday, August 1.
The public, continued Anies, only needed to show a vaccine card. However, for those who have not, for the right reasons, they can bring a certificate from a doctor as a survivor.
"Well, what is the monitoring like, later on, there are people who have not been vaccinated for medical reasons, there are health reasons that prevent them from being vaccinated. Second, there are those who have just recovered from COVID who have not been vaccinated. "It's not possible to get vaccinated or if there are medical problems that can't be vaccinated, it's enough that the doctor's statement will be excluded," Anies explained.
Monitoring or data validation can also be done through the Jakarta Now application, users just enter their ID number, then the data will appear.
"Later, the JAKI application will make it easier, just enter the population registration number, then a green color will appear twice, yellow has been vaccinated once, red has not been vaccinated. So if you open the application everywhere, show a green sign where you can go It's just that if you're red, don't go out first because it's risky," said Anies.

Anies emphasized that people who want to do activities outside their homes are required to participate in vaccine activities first, and there is no reason to find it difficult to find vaccine locations in Jakarta.
“Vaccination locations are everywhere, you just have to come today, tomorrow you can get vaccinated. So if you want to go to the market tomorrow, you can get vaccines in hundreds of places in Jakarta. So the reason that you can't get a vaccine is that for Jakarta it's a bit difficult to accept that reason, because you can access it anywhere, anytime. You just have to come and vaccinate with just one vaccine, after that you are free to move," said Anies.
Previously, Anies also said that currently as many as 7.5 million people have been vaccinated.
"So we didn't require this vaccination two months ago no, but now after 7.5 million people have received the vaccination and God willing, this will add another 3 million in the next 2 weeks. So 10 million people in Jakarta have been vaccinated. So, I invite all to do it," said Anies.
