A Pair Of North Sumatra Civil Servants Found Unconscious In The Car

JAKARTA - A pair of state civil servants (ASN) was found unconscious with foaming at the mouth in the car. Both are suspected of poisoning with carbon monoxide gas coming from a car cooling or air conditioner.

The incident occurred on Jalan Pabrik Benang, Kisaran District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. Both of them were found helpless when local residents were suspicious of the vehicle they were in.

This incident was discovered when residents were suspicious of a black Toyota Innova BK 1746 BC parked for a long time but with the engine running. So, local residents came over to check. From there it is known the incident. However, the woman in the car was found naked.

Then, the residents tried to open the car door to get them out. Then immediately brought to the General Hospital Haji Abdul Manan Simatupang (HAMS) for treatment.

Asahan Police Chief AKBP Nugroho Dwi Karyanto said, from the results of the medical team's examination, it was most likely that both of them were poisoned by the gas from the car air conditioner. However, to ascertain the cause must wait for the examination to be completed.

"Based on the information from the HAMS Hospital Medical team, (both of them, ed) were poisoned by the AC gas," Nugroho said, Friday, June 6.

However, the chronology of the incident, said Nugroho, is not yet known. Because, both conditions have not yet made it possible to undergo an examination.

Currently, investigators are still waiting for their condition to improve. Because, when found their condition was quite worrying.

"Still cannot be questioned because his condition is not healthy," said Nugroho.

Not a married couple

However, the results of the temporary examination regarding the identities of the two were that they were not a married couple. However, it is not yet known what the relationship between the man and woman is.

"From the results of the investigation it is not (husband and wife)," concluded Nugroho.

Later, when the two conditions begin to improve, investigators will immediately dig up their statements. The examination will find out what happened before he was there until he was finally unconscious.
