Nia Ramadhani And Ardi Bakrie Become Drug Suspects But They Don't Show Up
JAKARTA - Nia Ramadhani and her husband, Ardi Bakrie, have been officially named as suspects in the case of shabu. However, both of them were not presented in person even though they were already suspects.
The treatment of the two feels different when compared to other artists who stumble on narcotics cases. They are still shown after being named as suspects.
One example is Erdian Aji Prihartanto or Anji. He was shown to the public by the West Jakarta Metro Police. In fact, Anji was given the opportunity to deliver a statement.
At that time, Anji's statement was about an apology. Because, his actions have an impact on the disappointment of his relatives.
"First, I would like to apologize to my family, relatives, relatives, work colleagues, parties related to me and also all Indonesian people who are disappointed by this incident," Anji said at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, June 16.
Anji also called this case a very valuable lesson. He also asked the entire community not to imitate everything he did.
"I hope that this incident can be a lesson for myself and all Indonesian people not to violate any rules for any reason," said Anji.
In addition, Anji also thanked the police. Because the treatment given since the arrest until now is very good.
At the end of his statement, the former vocalist of Drive also asked the Indonesian people to pray for him. He hopes to be strong enough to undergo the legal process.
"Please pray that I live this well and I can return to work as a musician, as an entrepreneur, as a tourism developer, as a community developer, and also as a person. Hopefully, I can have a career again," he said.
To mention a little about Anji's case, he was arrested at one of his music studios in the Cibubur area, East Jakarta, Friday, June 11.
From the results of the examination, the police said that Anji had been consuming marijuana for a long time. Anji admitted to consuming marijuana since the end of 2020.
In this case, Erdian Aji Prihartanto alias Anji was charged with Article 111 article 127 of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
Meanwhile, Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie have not yet been shown.
The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus said the reason the two had not been shown was because they were still undergoing a series of examinations. Because the examination is very important for the process of investigation and filing.

The husband and wife pair were only seen when they were taken outside the Central Jakarta Metro Police Headquarters, on Thursday, July 8, evening. Nia Ramadhani and her husband Ardi Bakrie are seen wearing prison clothes.
Ardi Bakrie seemed to walk first in front of Nia. Meanwhile, Nia Ramadhani wears a hat. A number of police personnel were also seen guarding when Nia Ramadhani and Ardi Bakrie were put into the car.

In this case, the police secured evidence in the form of methamphetamine from the arrest of Nia Ramadhani, her husband Ardi Bakrie, and the driver with the initials ZN weighing 0.78 grams.
The police said that Nia Ramadhani bought methamphetamine for Rp1.5 million. The methamphetamine he bought was found in the driver's initials ZN.
"The price per one clip like this is Rp1.5 million," said Yusri.
However, the police do not yet know the supplier of the 0.78 gram methamphetamine. Currently, they are still investigating the supplier of methamphetamine.
"Including the supplier from where we are pursuing," said Yusri.
The methamphetamine was first recovered from ZN's hands. From the examination, the illicit goods belonged to Nia Ramadhani.
"During a search of ZN's brother, a clip of narcotics of the type methamphetamine was found. Then an interrogation was carried out and it turned out that the person concerned admitted that the item belonged to brother RA, his confession," said Yusri.
Nia Ramadhani was arrested at her residence in the Pondok Indah area, South Jakarta. He was arrested after the police arrested his driver, whose initials were ZN, on Wednesday, July 7.
As for her husband, Ardi Bakrie, the police said he had surrendered. Ardi Bakrie came to the Central Jakarta Metro Police after being contacted by his wife, Nia Ramadhani.
In this case, the police confiscated 0.78 grams of crystal methamphetamine and a suction device. The three suspects were charged with Article 127 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics.
